Y Wing
HardA Y-Wing is an technique where two share a "pivot" cell.
How it works
Locate the Pivot
The Pivot can be any cell. Notice 2 and 7 here.
Locate the wings
From the pivot, look for two more wing cells . Each wing must share one digit with the pivot, and one digit with each other.
The wing cells must not each other.
Spot the contradiction
If both the wings were the digit they share with the pivot, then the pivot would have no solution.
One or both must be 3
Therefore, we can be certain that one or both of the wings () must be 3.
Eliminate from shared peers
Safely eliminate 3 from any cell that sees both wings.
